Can you feel the love tonight??

Valentines is just around the corner!!  If you are in the Southern Utah area come check out the Puppy Love Valentine's Craft Fair in Cedar City on February 2nd from 8am-1pm.  This is a great fundraiser for the dog park group in the area.  It will be held at the Cedar Skate on Airport road in Cedar City.  I will be sharing a booth with my friend Sandy.  Come check it out!!

Grateful Hearts!

I can't believe that Thanksgiving is tomorrow!!  Crazy!  The kiddies are headed up North tonight so, as a special treat, we decorated for Christmas this morning.  I know, I know...I am always preaching about how we all need to officially recognize Thanksgiving and give it it's proper dues before we move on to Christmas, but what can I say...I am weak.  However, I thought I should show off my Thanksgiving light bulbs one more time before the big day!

New Lighties!

My friend Jeri put in a request for some custom light bulbs...and I have to admit, it was an odd one.  She wanted a pair of dachshunds for her Dad's birthday.  Well, here they are!  Introducing Yogi & Lucy!

A Milestone and a Lemonade Stand

So I just found out that I now have over 2000 views on my blog!  Thanks Guys!!  I just get tickled over silly little things like that.

So, as if I didn't have enough things to do right now...Nate and Katie decided they wanted to start their own business (I must have inspired them, ya think?).  Nate & Kate's Lemonade Stand premiered yesterday...in the dead heat of August...but what better time to start selling lemonade??  They were both super cute, yelling their heads off at each car that passed by.  Nate even started dancing at passing cars to get them to stop...it worked a few times :)  They have already made plans to expand their offerings, and this morning Nate begged me to make a blog for their business.  So here it is!

Super hot...but they had so much fun.  I always wanted to do a lemonade stand when I was their age, but my mom was never too keen.  They made about $10, which was totally awesome.  I'm so glad that we were able to make such a neat memory like this!

Biki's Bootique is proud, excited, elated, ecstatic, and overjoyed to announce that it is the new owner of Country Carousel Boutique!!  Yup, I will now be a craft show host!  Country Carousel Boutique has been an Education Week tradition in Provo for the past 22 years.  One of the first things I will be doing as new owner is expanding the show to include a Fall and Spring Show.  

In the past, the boutique has been held at Provo High, but due to an increase in rent, it will now be held in the Ballroom at Provo City Library at Academy Square.  I love this venue!  It has much more ambiance and amenities than the gym at Provo High...don' t get me wrong, this is my Alma Mater, but if I can pick between a smelly gym and a fancy Ballroom, well, forgive me, but 'Duh'.  If you or any of your friends are vendors--I would love to have you in my show!!  The previous owner, Katherine Losee, has agreed to help me with this first show (so no worries!).  I will be pushing the advertising for the next month and a half, so PUH-LEEZ pass this on to your friends!!

The show will run Thursday October 25th through Saturday October 27th.  There will a lot of Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas items (*Hint* Get a jump on your Christmas Shopping).

New Website!!

Again, no, not the big thing I am waiting on...but still pretty big, and can I say awesome??

I finally got a website for my light bulbs!  I can process orders online now.  You can pay with a credit card even.  Yup, I am in the big league now!  Woot!

Remember the site is a work in process since I am fairly new at this, but if you have any suggestions, feel free to pass them on!
